Joe Ruggiero’s passion for pinball and his wealth of knowledge were evident throughout my visit. I spent several hours at his shop and felt as though I was his most valued customer, receiving personalized attention and expert guidance. At no point did I feel any pressure to make a purchase. The machine I received exceeded all of my expectations—Joe and his team’s craftsmanship is exceptional. The playfield and targets appear brand new, making this the most pristine Rocky and Bullwinkle machine I have ever seen. It is remarkable to think that the machine is over 30 years old, as its condition continues to impress everyone who sees it.
Thoughtful enhancements, such as custom side art blades and an additional LED light strip at the top of the playfield (which beautifully highlights the back artwork), add the perfect finishing touches. Pinball Restorations’ delivery service is an excellent value; the machine was delivered professionally by a knowledgeable and experienced technician at a very reasonable price.
