Gorgeous fully restored Data East Tales from the Crypt. Great crypt keeper sounds, voice and video. Fast, fast game play and amazing 3 ball and 6 ball Multi-ball action. Not to mention the cool looking game topper. Beside the normal restoration level described below, this game also got: new cabinet side art, new coin door, new black legs, new side rails, new translite, new lock down bar, new tempered HD Invisaglass.

All boards were removed and serviced for reliability. Battery was remoted off board. Cold solder joints reflowed. Exterior cabinet had typical damage. Game was completely gutted to the bare cabinet, wood was filled and sanded, painted then side art was applied. Game was vacuumed inside and washed inside. Original power cord was replaced for safety.

Playfield was disassembled, cleaned, polished and waxed. All playfield plastics and metal were washed and polished. Game was converted to LED bulbs. Plastic playfield posts were replaced with new, all playfield inserts were cleaned underneath to remove EMF dust. All flippers and bumpers were fully rebuilt with new parts above and below the playfield. New rubber bands were installed.

Translite glass was cleaned and polished before new translite was installed. Lock down receiver was removed, cleaned then painted. New side rails were added. New lock down bar was added. New coin door was added. New black legs were added. DMD was replaced with Brand New Boston Pinball LED DMD. Bright strip lighting was added at the rear of the playfield to illuminate the rear plastic panel. Unique ball shooter housing shaped like doorhandle with head of crypt keeper was removed, cleaned and painted with automotive single stage paint with hardener for durability and great look.  Factory Shaker Motor was adjusted. New serial decal was added at the back of the cabinet. All games come with manual, wiring schematics and copy of the original sales flyer.

Game looks like new and plays strong and silky smooth.
